No, the problem is that you mustve got the updated version of yokai watch 3. The newest update makes it so qr codes dont work. So you got to delete the update version of that to get access to qr coding.
The Legendary Blade can be obtained after completing the Precious Illusion quest at the Old Mansion in Blossom Heights. It can also be obtained from the Crank-a-kai machine, the Yo-kai Cam Challenges, and by trading at the Jungle Hunter in the Post Game.
Find at the end of the quest "An Offered Sword." This quest is obtained from a lady at the Fortune hospital in Downtown Springdale. Go to the Yo-kai World and fight Reuknight until you obtain the Betrayed Blade. It will randomly drop or may be in wisps.
