@CubsTigersGrizz @Entergy You must be on @Entergy's good list. They didn't send me a bill for three months and then cut off my power Tuesday. They changed the electronic way I paid my bill and did not send me a statement. $269 to reconnect. They said, "Sorry" old man.

@GregAbbott_TX Ok but we've been without power since yesterday afternoon and our pipes are now frozen even though we had them running. It's up to 20 from 15 degrees and you promised you'd fix this. We have a 4 month old and Entergy is an incredibly unreliable company.

@EntergyLA , how many times do I need to call Entergy to get someone out to RE-read my gas meter?! I got a “corrected” bill for over $5,000! Someone was supposed to RE-read the meter on Thursday, 12/15/22, and as of today, no one has.
